We had a long line and hours standing to get inside. They divided us into lines to let us in but the last ones in were coming in with no sense plus there was too much crowd on top because there was no time. Also we paid to get in at 7:10 pm but did not go up until 7:40 pm which is absurd. The experience was unpleasant despite the beautiful visit where di bede all nyc

First of all, the tickets for the guided tour are very vague in the description of what is offered and at no point do they specify that you never get to the Observatory at the top of the Rockfeller. So I took a “Floor of the Rock” tour instead of a “Top of the Rock” tour. Imagine my disappointment when nothing led me to believe that I'd be staying on the ground to tour Rockefeller Center guided by a “robotic” guide spouting his text in English. Afterwards, the guide, who didn't speak a word of French, handed us an audioguide that offered no other language than English. For a tourist city, I'm still amazed and disappointed that no monument, museum or other, especially in New York, ever suggests a translator in French, Spanish or Mandarin, which are among the most widely spoken languages in the world, and given the number of foreign tourists. In short, being left on the ground with no hope of climbing to the top of the observatory made me leave the group in the middle of the tour, DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED. I hope you'll take my feedback into account.

The experience was great. We took a tour of Rockefeller plaza and it was very informative. The ticketing process was easy but I did not like that I needed to download an app to have access to them. There was no QR code in the email and the tour required it, so I had to download an app I'll probably never use again.

I had very bad issue with bus driver. He did not allow me to take ride on bus even i was there in line with my family. He pushed my wife to get into bus so hard that it hurt her. My daughter was crying with his loud yelling. It was totally discrimination from driver with another passenger. He openly said "i will not let you take ride in my bus but take another next bus." I am not going to tolrate this kind of behaviour. Will definately go next step for this.

As an art teacher & artist, I feel the spaces & display provided wonderful viewing for all attending. The lighting was well done. The numerous, extraordinary, important art works that I have only seen in art history books, were glorious to see. Each was breathtaking! I was thankful to be able to view & approach each work intimately & respectfully, allowing me to enjoy the artist's hand at work. I feel more connected historically, humanly, & artistically to our world. My inner passions for art have been stirred to the point of brimming over with inspiration. In the MoMa most people seem to go for the most famous paintings, while it's more acceptable in the other rooms. It's crowded anyway. However, it's a great museum and absolutely worth a visit.

I enjoy the exhibits and arts. Amazing and wonderful. This is my very first arts visit. It could have been better had I have a little background about these famous people and their works. It's a great place to visit

I always enjoy MOMA, especially the large collection of Impressists. This time in addition to my usual favorites I really enjoyed the Turning Point Exhibition. It was fascinating to read about the thoughts and intentions behind these innovative designs. The exhibit was also displayed in a very enticing manner with each exhibit allocated its own mini stage.

Seeing the works of Monet, Picasso and Van Gough, I was speechless. These were priceless jewels and no words I can utter to further explain the beauty that comes from each canvass.

The museum is phenomenal that goes without saying I can walk around there for hours. But I am taken aback about how loud it is how everybody seems to be comfortable to have full conversations. When I'm at the Met or the Whitney, I can hear my heartbeat. I really had a hard time. Enjoying everything with how loud it was. I also think you should make some efforts to organize the crowd around starry night. I'm not gonna pretend to have the answer. But putting it in the corner seems like maybe not the way to go. I had a few interactions with the staff and they were polite, respectful and very helpful. Nothing but great things to say about them.

I had an appointment for 2 p.m. and I arrived. I was put on the flight very quickly. I was lucky to be with the pilot who flew very well and professionally. The explanations in flight were clear even with my low level of English. For the technical part, the Safety video was clear, the ground staff very rigorous for access to the helicopter. For the maintenance of the helicopter (being a pilot myself) you can go up with complete confidence the machines are well maintained. In conclusion I recommend

Bought a 2 day all inclusive pass, spent Saturday on the red route with plans to do the blue route Sunday. Unfortunately Sunday morning we were informed that the blue route was canceled all day, and everything i had planned for that day went up in smoke. This caused my anxiety to get pretty bad. Our plans centered around the bus and the 2 routes as we had no vehicle with us and do not really understand the subway system. Then we decided to ride the red route again and do a few more things on it since we could nonlonger do the blue route. Sights set on the statue of liberty.. Oh the bus driver cannot speak English, and just continues driving right past the stop, never announced or said anything so now we are at stop 12 and if we want to do the statue we have to ride the route all the way back around. Busses stuck in traffic, cannot get off unless it is a designated stop, even when we were stuck in parade traffic and wasting our time. Driver constantly honking horn, even when there was no place for anyone to drive to. Tried to get a partial refund for our tickets since all of the plans I had for Sunday were now messed up, was told to call another company, then another. I will not be doing this again, nor will I recommend it to anyone, it was not a good experience at all.

Of the 5 activities, 2 were difficult to book. We had to go to the activity the first time preferably in the morning (to have space) to validate a visit time then come back during the day depending on the time we had. For example, on the Statue of Liberty boat trip, we had to wait a good hour at 9 a.m. before being offered the first free time at 5 p.m.. So hello return trips and wasted time! Even though we bought an activity card! Otherwise, when it was normal, it was perfect.

Everything from the elevator ride to the room with the Silver inflatable balls... (which kids really enjoyed)... great day! Will definitely recommend to friends when we get home, should they visit NY!

This visit was like Waw experience for me and my siblings. I have never felt like that in my life and you can never find the food and drinks anywhere else I promise you. The customer service was thrilling. Overall we felt like kings 👑 my brothers are still overwhelmingly grateful for the memory we had out there yesterday.

I genuinely found quite invasive that as soon as you walk in they move you around like sheep, taking pictures on wooden walls saying they are "souvenirs", and doing a full facial scan?!?! It's supposed to be for an "inversive" experience, however I wouldn't justify pretty much taking my full identity for my face to "show" 5 seconds on a cloud. A QR code currently retains my data and plenty others. Very uncomfortable. Other than that, it was okay. Would appreciate having more info on the views.

Too many visitors at once. That's why the effects didn't really come into their own. Somewhat chaotically organized. The view was great, but you could also use the Empire State Building.

Breathtaking! Being at eye level with the Empire State Building or the Chrysler Building in a hall of mirrors or between floating silver balloons is simply wow. As is the view of southern Manhattan. The Summit was the sightseeing highlight of our stay in New York, without a doubt.

The viewpoint is very cozy, but I feel that they can make the visit much better, in the elevator there is a lot of expectation but when you get to the viewpoint there is not much attention, it would be nice if someone would explain what you are seeing in the city, you only see a thousand buildings and the empire state because you know it is the empire state but no one explains what the heck are the other buildings, if they include audios in different individual languages as they do for example in the colosseum in rome telling the history of what you see from the viewpoint, it would stop being just a viewpoint of buildings and would become a history of the most visited concrete jungle in the USA, it would be a bit of their culture from the best viewpoint in New York, think about it.

Such a neat experience to see the city from the sky! It was hazy the afternoon we went so our visibility was a bit limited, but it was still great! The hot chocolate with rum in the "weather room" was yum!

Once I got there the views were amazing and it was such a clear day which I admit I wasn't really expecting. Would have perhaps needed a bit of snow on the rooftops to get perhaps more impressive photos. I am going to try and get at least one of the photos framed or made into canvas pictures.
