Après is a cocktail bar and cafè located on the terrace of SUMMIT One Vanderbilt. It’s perched 1,063 feet above Manhattan and delivers New York-inspired meals, classic cocktails, and unparalleled views of the Manhattan skyline.

The menu features international flavors at the indoor café and outdoor bar carts. One of the carts serves a rotating menu of New York inspired Griddled Hot Dogs and 'Pretzelsaults’. Choose from a wide range of themed cocktails like the SUMMIT Sunset Margarita and the Vanderbilt #1.

This fine-dining restaurant is created by Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud. Surrounded by lush greenery and floor-to-ceiling views of Grand Central, it’s a serene escape in the heart of Midtown.
The seasonal menu celebrates the best of land and sea. Don’t miss the Wood-Grilled Octopus or the Wild Mushroom Risotto. The cocktail menu is refined and nature-inspired, perfect for pairing with your meal.

Chopt is a fast-casual favorite for fresh, customizable salads and warm bowls. It is ideal if you’re craving something healthy before or after your visit to SUMMIT. It’s a great grab-and-go option with tons of variety.
Try their fan-favorite Mexican Caesar or the Spicy Sonoma Caesar warm bowl. Everything’s made to order, and the sauces are bold, house-made, and packed with flavor.
