time to get inside to the main event took way too long. i thougt i was at disney world, not what I was expecting or cared for.. once inside the main area, everything was fine..but the lines getting to this main even was just too long and too slow for my taste
I could have spent all day on the observation deck. This experience was amazingly breathtaking. The only downside was when trying to leave. The line to exit was wrapped around twice with no clear beginning or end. There were so many people you really could not move. In the event of an emergency, it could have ended poorly. Establishing a better exit strategy will make this experience even more magical than it already was.
The access point was not clearly marked, lines to go up and down were too long, and the observation deck too crowded to enjoy. This is a recipe for sowing bad behavior among customers, and we saw that, too. We will not come back or recommend this activity to anyone else.
Seeeing the Empire State was amazing. I think it's slightly overpriced, whilst we were there8( of us) We all wanted a drink and I found the drinks and gifts completely overpriced. X
Skyline at sunset was awesome! Didn't like the fact we couldn't get in in the hour time frame of our booking time like the instructions said.
Hello to who it may concern. I went on the website. I was going for the freedom tower one of observatory. It was a little confused in and somehow. I ended up paying a $152 for the edge, my fiancée. And I had planned the night out. And when we got to the freedom tower. I showed them to ticket on my phone. And they said it was for the wrong place. They asked if I would like to buy 2 tickets for the one observatory. I had no choice and of course. I said yes, instant another $152. We did get to go and see the freedom power one observatory, but we lost time and money. Because of the confusion. So I ask what can be done about this. Will it be a refund or will there be a different day to go? And maybe just see the experience of the edge. Please let me know thank you sincerely charlieolszewski 914 943 2131
The staff were friendly from the moment you entered the building. Very helpful & knowledgeable . The price was well worth it. The views were AMAZING. The wonderful sights of the Hudson River from yachts to barges traveling up & down.Decorations, bathrooms, Cafe were all amazing. VIEWS OUTSIDE from DECK were gorgeous...so many photos opportunities. FABULOUS 2 hrs. Definitely will bring friends...I will be back.
Not your fault but weather spoilt it , also could not walk on glass floor , loud school parties which I was not expecting, apart from the extra payment to climb , there didn't see much to do unlike ESB , Summit and World trade , it needs something else for the money I paid
It was wonderful, an incredible feeling. I've never climbed such a tall building for the first time, and I'm very grateful to have made such a memory.

Insane views of the city. People were nice about photos as well by not clogging up the glass. Book on a sunny clear day and you'll have the best time. Worth the money in my opinion
IT WAS AN INCREDIBLE VIEW OF NYC, the attraction starts in the elevator, I thought the projections on the walls were really cool, a mixture of technology and nostalgia. I also really liked the service and the organization, but it was a shame that the day was cloudy and the scenery was a bit spoiled. I'll definitely be back.

What breath taking views! All of the staff that we encountered were professional and friendly especially the store clerks. I highly, no pun intended, recommend this experience
It was easy to pull my tickets using the app, staff was friendly, check in process was smooth and efficient. The attraction was not crowded as a result of the staggering approach of time slots.
The impressive views mainly; although at the beginning it was something as spectacular as the illuminated beams, and to see how the elevator works, not to say

Spectacular sunset. The beveled glass walls are also great. The glass floor and the view downwards are somewhat disappointing.

Absolute feeling of freedom! It seemed there are no borders, no glass walls! I could fly where ever I wanted. Thank You for this amazing experience!
There was too many people, maybe you should put some time limit. Because everyone wants to take a picture and to walk, to see the city from the rooftop. But there was a lot of people at same time on same place. We were not able to take a photo. Maybe time limit will solve this problem. Time limit of one hour
This was a great experience. Views are breath taking and there was no rushing you away. We could take out time to take in the views and get some pictures. Went at sunset and it was busy and plenty of people who didn't understand the concept of queuing for certain locations. The outside deck is on one corner but you can get inside views of the whole 360 degree surroundings. Longest queue was to get down but even that went quick quick. Can definitely recommend
we were not there for sunset but that would be awesone. We had to settle for just the observatioin deck which was great.
I visited the Edge in the morning and it was great because there were few people so I was able to take advantage of the opportunity to see the city and take photos more calmly
Many compliments because the view is the best in New York, your staff very nice, I loved noticing that they clean the windows every now and then! Very good experience! I would recommend it !
Never felt crowded, weather could have been clearer. Spectacular views all around. Staff clearly there to serve people and ready to assist.
The perfect time, just before sunset. This way, you could see the city in the light and also in transition, when the lights in the streets or on the buildings go on.

Great experience. We bought Skip the Queue, Any Time tickets and it was so worth the money. We picked early afternoon to visit and it was relaxed, not crowded, no rush and the views were awesome. Would recommend this to all visitors to New York.
We did the VIP tickets and it was well worth it. So easy, quick, and everyone was very friendly and helpful ! Great experience !
It was fantastic. The 360 degree view of NY was unforgettable. Visit there 30 minutes before sunset then u can have both daylight and sunset plus the night lit skylines .
I was on a trip with my granddaughter and it was wonderful, everything was fine, including booking and buying tickets. We had express admission and it was worth paying extra. There was a wonderful view of all of New York.
First of all it was the lights and the view was excellent , Plus it was our first time their as well. The crowd was great and just the night was perfect !! We had a awesome time . Also a emplyoee gave us a ticket for a free glass of wine to top it off ,it was perfect.
the whole thing is absolutely breathtaking, nothing else can be said, you have to go there to feel this extraordinary sensation, the unobstructed view is magical.

I loved the glass triangle on the floor, it was intimidating to walk on it, also the glass walls that allowed us to enjoy the breathtaking view, and I was amazed that several brave people decided to climb to the top of the building with safety harnesses and lean them backwards, Wooow what a stomach!!!!

we've been here in the morning on Monday, with no crowd, few people at the entrance, and amazing spectacular scenery. We loved the experience a lot
The view, of course, of lower Manhattan (One World, the Statue of Liberty, the Chrysler Tower, which you can almost touch). The sunset, with its low-angled light... A magnificent place!

Unfortunately it was a cloudy day, but we were still able to enjoy the wonderful view offered by the edge, with its terrace. The photos from there are incredible. Also because it was starting to drizzle, we could not use the glass that allows us to see down for safety.

The panoramic views were a new experience having been to most of the other observation decks around NYC, and they were fantastic. Not to mention the superb glass floor experience, which was unique and exciting!
First of all, it was kind of difficult to find the entrance of the observatory. It's placed on the 4th floor or something in the mall and there were not enough signs of directions. And when I got to the entrance it felt like things were pretty much disorganized. I felt like the staff and the system there were not ready for express customers. There was no actual line or entrance or anything for "Skip the line" but a lady came to pick me up and took me through the crowds. So I basically had to go through the people there. But the lady was very charming and nice. And on the roof, it was so crowded. Even on the way out, there were no clear statements about whether express exit was provided or not. There were no lines for that or anything like that but if you don't have express, it can take forever. You might have to ask the staff there then they will put you in front of the exit line. It's understandable because NYC is busy and crowded mostly in July. But it felt too disorganized compared to the Empire State Building or One World. I visited all those 3 observatories including Edge this July and Edge would be the least recommended observatory out of those 3 if I must say. The view of the Hudson River and everything else like Vessel and the high-line tour afterward were nice though.
I love the idea of the flex pass, but so did everyone else. It was crazy busy and the wait for the elevators was so long. And when we got up there, we were met with lines of people and had no idea where to go because all of us had never been up there. We didn't get directions from the attendant and none of us knew where to go. Finally a worker saw us and directed us out the door to the deck, which was cool. I loved the vibe with the music and you could even get a drink, which added to the experience.
The reservation was easy and the reception very tidy, but already at the top there were a lot of people, too many I would say, that made it difficult to move close to the edges and the floor glass.

It was great, well organized, liked the entry and elevator history and images display, and for the beautiful view. More than perfect. Thank you for making my vacation beautiful.
We had a great time at the edge, topped off with an amazing sunset and waffle, the guy serving us our waffle was so friendly!
It was amazing. The express pass really impressed with incredibly helpfull and professional staff. We have been to other observatiin decks. The Edge gave us such a different perapective of the Manhatten Skyline. Great location, we would highly recommend it.
It was very enjoyable the different levels and perspectives. We liked the see through floor and the gaps between the panels of glass.
I loved that we were able to use the flex pass to experience the Edge at our convenience. It was an amazing experience which I highly recommend to all visitors to NYC.
Brilliant from start to finish! Ticket was an anytime ticket so went up around 6pm ..loved it and great to see the city from a new angle!
It was outstanding tickets was a breeze on the Mobil app got in no problem edge was fantastic view of the whole city and new jersey

Thanks Egde!!!
It was a great experience with a gigantic view.

The boat cruise through downtown NY including the Statue of Liberty is spectacular, and not to mention the ascent to the Summit, that is an otherworldly experience that in most countries can not be lived. Had not been to MOMA in many years so it was nice to see the new layouts and the regular collections. Exhibits were spacious and it did not feel crowded even on Veterans Day.
i was expecting a typical art gallery experience but was very impressed with the 60 minute multi-screen musical experience and the sports floor especially. unfortunately my booking experiences wasn't so wonderful, I booked online, thought i was booking for San Francisco but purchased a ticket for NYC, which I was told is non-refundable. I'd like to see more flexibility for this esp. in consideration of simple errors.
I visited the museum on my own using the directions provided via the QR code on the Moma website. Everything was very clear. The staff was very kind in showing me what was the best route to take and where to start so that I could visit all the areas. At the 'entrance I didn't find the line of people I went right in and downloaded the app. Everything was perfect

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Incredible Experience at SUMMIT One Vanderbilt** Our visit to SUMMIT One Vanderbilt was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stunning views of New York City that took our breath away. The immersive experience, combining art, architecture, and technology, created a truly unique atmosphere that we won't soon forget. The observation deck offers unparalleled 360-degree views of the city, and the mirrored rooms added a surreal, almost magical quality to the experience. Each level provided something new and exciting, from the glass floor to the open-air terrace. The staff was friendly and informative, ensuring we got the most out of our visit. Whether you're a local or a tourist, SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is a must-see attraction that offers an unforgettable perspective on the city. Highly recommended!

Early afternoon visit with clear skies. It made for breathtaking views and unforgettable photos. The activities were just as great. The floating balloons, the faces on panoramic screens... Too bad about the wait to take pictures in the air. But that in no way detracts from the pleasure of this activity.

The unreal view from the top and the energy of the staff to make it fun!! They were also supportive and encouraging 😃
Everyone involved in the climb was awesome and made it an amazing experience. You can't get better views and pics anywhere.
Attentiveness and energy of the staff allowed me to step out of my comfort zone. Of course the views are amazing and well worth the climb!
D and K were phenomenal and helped me overcome my fears once on the platform!!! So glad they walked me through it and I did it!!! They definitely deserve a raise!!!
Unforgettable experience! I had this experience with my daughter and it was crazy, the adrenaline rush turned into ecstasy once we got beyond the 101' floor. I would do it again 1000 times. Super organization.

time to get inside to the main event took way too long. i thougt i was at disney world, not what I was expecting or cared for.. once inside the main area, everything was fine..but the lines getting to this main even was just too long and too slow for my taste
Great trips! The boat ride was fun and well narrated. The Empire State Building did not disappoint. A good price for the two!

I had a great time experience the Empire State Building during the afternoon. The views were breathtaking. Booking this experience through Headout was easy and convenient.
Very easy nice manager all staff are pretty cool, never felt pushed to purchase gifts, cracking views obviously of New York
The impressive views mainly; although at the beginning it was something as spectacular as the illuminated beams, and to see how the elevator works, not to say

Spectacular sunset. The beveled glass walls are also great. The glass floor and the view downwards are somewhat disappointing.

We are a newlywed couple who traveled to New York from South Korea. We stayed in New York for three days before traveling to Cancun. The night view of the Empire State Building was the best experience I can't forget. New York is a place I really want to come again.
I visited the Edge in the morning and it was great because there were few people so I was able to take advantage of the opportunity to see the city and take photos more calmly
Loved the whole experience. Liked the experience before even going up the elevator. Nice new attractions. Very nice touch. The play on the old architecture is wonderful. Even the suits of the staff was great.
We originally booked tickets for Sun evening but on arriving the weather was bad and told no view so we were easily able to change to another time.We changed to Tue 10am ,the opening slot. When we arrived at 9.50am there was already a huge queue down the street. We weren't sure whether to join it or go to the front...several other groups had the same confusion. We were allowed to go straight in as had early tickets but only because we asked..it's not very clear.Once inside there was already another large queue for security! We were abit limited for time due to all the queuing so rushed through the museum part which did look really interesting about how the building was constructed.Once at the top the view is awesome ..the lift is so fast up the 87 floors! It's all very organized, some of the staff are abit abrupt but they are trying to keep everyone moving along I guess.Large gift shop on the way out .
Many compliments because the view is the best in New York, your staff very nice, I loved noticing that they clean the windows every now and then! Very good experience! I would recommend it !

Worked out very well and a great visit. Need to be.clearer that to go up the statue you need to have a separate ticket or have it booked in advance. Its not par of the basic ticket

We expected that people with tickets would have a shorter wait. Unfortunately, everyone had tickets and had to wait in line for 2 hours in the sun until the security check. Then another 1 hour until we were on the ship. On Ellis Island (also with a long wait) there was little time for the exhibition and we were back in Manhattan on the last ferry at 5:40 pm. The trip to Liberty Island and Ellis Island was very nice. However, we spent a good 4.5 hours of the more than 7 hours in line.

The actual tour was perfectly organized, but I cannot say the same for the "headout" support team. Badly reviewed. How come no one picks up our phone calls for two days?!!

Never felt crowded, weather could have been clearer. Spectacular views all around. Staff clearly there to serve people and ready to assist.
The perfect time, just before sunset. This way, you could see the city in the light and also in transition, when the lights in the streets or on the buildings go on.

It's a great way to cover the world famous sights and monuments of NYC in this efficient manner. But something unfortunate happened. It started raining. so all the passengers from the upper deck rushed to the covered deck below. The driver forcefully shooed all the non seated passengers off the bus in the middle of nowhere, under pouring rain. I understand that this is a safety guideline but there ought to be a more considerate way of doing things. I felt so sorry for those who were affected.

Was too long sitting in traffic. Too much filler music on guided tour. How about educating us on all the gorgeous architecture, the beautiful churches? There was plenty more to talk about. And you really dont see many of the sights from the bus. A bit misleading. 2 of our headsets were static. Not worth the money.
